Next year’s show is Bye Bye Birdie.

Dessert Theatre 2008 opens tonight, May 16th, at 7PM! The run continues through Saturday the 17th, with shows at 2 and 7PM.

Tickets are still on sale, and can be purchased at the door - $5 for general admission, $8 for front-row table seating.

Reminders will be made on the morning announcements and posted outside the Black Box door.

Theatre CHS will be hosting a production of Cole Porter’s musical Anything Goes. Auditions will be held during the second school quarter - stay tuned for the specific audition and rehearsal dates!

The annual One-Act play for the VHSL theatre competition in 2007 had been announced! Senior Rebecca Willingham will be directing the musical “How to Eat Like a Child: And Other Lessons in Not Being a Grown-up“. The district-level competition will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, 2007. Stay posted for information about acting and musical auditions in the first few weeks of the school year!
